1. Introduction

phpaldo ("phpaldo," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of the phpaldo online gaming platform available at phpaldo.app (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how phpaldo collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with your use of the Platform.

This Policy is issued in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). By registering an account or using the phpaldo Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein.

This Policy should be read together with phpaldo's Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform. Defined terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.

2. Personal Data We Collect

phpaldo collects personal data that you provide directly, data generated through your use of the Platform, and data received from third parties in connection with payment processing and identity verification. The categories of personal data we collect include:

• Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, government-issued identification number (e.g., Philippine National ID, SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, TIN, or passport number), and a copy of your government-issued ID document.
• Contact Data: Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address.
• Financial Data: GCash account number, PayMaya / Maya account number, Philippine bank account details (account name, account number, bank name), and transaction history on the Platform.
• Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account preferences, responsible gaming settings, bonus history, and session history.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and login timestamps.
• Usage Data: Game history, wagering activity, session duration, pages visited within the Platform, and feature interactions.
• Communications Data: Records of your communications with phpaldo's support team, including live chat transcripts and email correspondence.

phpaldo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

3. How We Collect Personal Data

phpaldo collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct collection: Information you provide when registering an account, completing identity verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting support, or updating your account settings.

• To create and manage your phpaldo account and verify your identity in compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements.
• To process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions on the Platform.
• To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine law.
• To enforce phpaldo's Terms and Conditions, including age verification (21+), one-account-per-player rules, and responsible gaming obligations.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries and complaints.
• To send you transactional communications, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts.
• To send you promotional communications about phpaldo bonuses and offers, where you have consented to receive such communications.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform.
• To improve the Platform through analysis of usage patterns and technical performance data.
• To comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including PAGCOR licensing requirements and NPC data privacy obligations.

5. Disclosure of Personal Data

phpaldo does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine banking partners, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC service providers engaged to verify your identity documents in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
• Game providers: Licensed third-party game providers who supply games on the Platform may receive limited technical data necessary to deliver their services.
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the NPC, the AMLC, and other Philippine government authorities, where disclosure is required by law or regulation.
• Law enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies, where disclosure is required by a valid legal order or is necessary to prevent or investigate a crime.
• Professional advisers: Legal counsel, auditors, and other professional advisers engaged by phpaldo, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

Any third party to whom phpaldo discloses personal data is required to process that data only for the specified purpose and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Data Retention

phpaldo retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and Philippine AML regulations. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.

Where personal data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no legal retention obligation applies, phpaldo will securely delete or anonymize that data.

7. Data Security

phpaldo implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encryption of sensitive data at rest, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, regular security assessments and penetration testing, and two-factor authentication for account access.

While phpaldo takes data security seriously, no system is completely immune to security incidents. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, phpaldo will notify the NPC and affected data subjects in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC Circular 16-03.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by phpaldo:

• Right to be informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is being processed, as set out in this Policy.
• Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data phpaldo holds about you.
• Right to rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to phpaldo's legal retention obligations.

phpaldo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, maintain your session, and analyze Platform usage. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

phpaldo uses the following categories of cookies: strictly necessary cookies (required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled), functional cookies (which remember your preferences and settings), and analytics cookies (which collect anonymized data about how you use the Platform to help us improve it).

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform. phpaldo does not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.

10. Changes to This Policy

phpaldo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, notify you via your registered email address or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
