1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpaldo ("phpaldo," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phpaldo online gaming platform available at phpaldo.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

phpaldo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the phpaldo Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations prohibit persons under 21 from participating in casino-style gambling. phpaldo strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phpaldo, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion on your phpaldo account or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phpaldo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phpaldo may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) phpaldo account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration and for maintaining the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. phpaldo is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpaldo login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phpaldo will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.

You must notify phpaldo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phpaldo may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected unauthorized access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All transactions on the phpaldo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpaldo supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to and from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted subject to availability.

phpaldo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name. phpaldo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

phpaldo reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if identity verification is incomplete, if the withdrawal would breach bonus wagering requirements, or if a security review is pending.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phpaldo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. phpaldo reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

phpaldo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phpaldo Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

phpaldo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment under continuous studio surveillance. phpaldo does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phpaldo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. phpaldo is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpaldo Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your phpaldo account.

phpaldo reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. phpaldo may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

phpaldo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their phpaldo account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are self-service and take effect immediately upon activation.

Self-exclusion is a binding commitment. Once activated, phpaldo will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpaldo Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phpaldo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phpaldo Platform without prior written consent from phpaldo.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpaldo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpaldo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpaldo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phpaldo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpaldo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpaldo Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phpaldo through our internal complaints process. Complaints may be submitted via the live chat support channel available within the Platform. phpaldo will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through phpaldo's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.

12. Termination

phpaldo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for conduct that phpaldo reasonably believes is harmful to the Platform, other players, or third parties, or for any other reason at phpaldo's sole discretion.

Upon termination for cause, phpaldo may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any pending investigations are concluded, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your phpaldo account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
